PROJECT CONCEPT
The architectural language draws inspiration from Madagascar’s natural textures and tonal qualities. Warm stone, timber and locally sourced clay finishes form a material palette that is both contemporary and deeply rooted in place. Through careful layering and articulation, the façades create depth and shadow, responding dynamically to the city’s changing light conditions and reinforcing a strong sense of material authenticity.
